Ruyet Pham

Ruyet Thi Pham, age 85, passed away on May 10, 2020 from metastatic lung cancer.

Ruyet was born on March 22, 1935 to Pham Thi Thom and Pham Dan in Hanoi, Vietnam. In 1991, her husband, Ban Pham, sponsored her to come to the United States from Vietnam. She came to the United States to have a better life for her and her family, to offer opportunities for her kids that she never had. She lived in California for 14 years and in Texas for 15 years. She was a sister to 3 brothers and 2 sisters, a mother to 4 sons and 3 daughters, a grandma to 15 grand kids, and a great grandma to a great grandchild.

Ruyet is preceded in death by her parents, Pham Thi Thom and Pham Dan.

She is survived by her husband Pham Ban; sons Pham Hiep, Pham Hung, Pham Dung, Pham Han; daughters Pham LanAnh, Pham Hang, Pham Ha; brother Pham Kiem; grandchildren Pham Chau, Pham Khoa, Pham Khang, Pham Stephan, Pham Quoc Thuan, Pham Duy Thuan, Pham Angelina, Pham Allison, Bui Marthy, Bui Kevin, Bui Megan, Bui Diana, Vo John, Vo Samson, Vo Jayden; great grandchildren Pham Logan

She was a loving, selfless, caring person that was always cooking, laughing, joking, and loved every minute with her family. She was a strong woman that never showed pain and fear. No matter what she was going through, she would always put others before herself.

Visitation, 9:00am ~ 9:00 pm, Friday, May 15, 2020, Rosary to be recited at 7 pm, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Rockport, Texas.

Mass will be celebrated 10:00 am, Saturday, May 16, 2020, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rockport, Texas. Burial to follow at Rockport Cemetery.
