Ruben Trevino

It is with great sadness that the family of Ruben "Chato" Trevino Jr. announces that he passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at the age of 38.
Ruben was born in Taft, Texas to Ruben Guzman and Frances T. Nguyen.
Chato was a happy, loving, and caring son, brother, father, uncle, and friend.
He always made everyone laugh and smile. He shared an unbreakable bond with his sisters who loved him very much. He lived life to the fullest and will be missed dearly.
He is preceded in death by his father, Ruben Guzman, and grandfather, Miguel Trevino.
Chato will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Frances T. Nguyen of Houston, TX; children, Alana Trevino, Ruben Trevino III, and Devawn "lil papa" of San Antonio, TX; siblings, April Khan of San Antonio, TX, Dominique Dees, Felicia Trevino both of Rockport, TX, Lenore Trevino, Dylan Nguyen and Jr. Nguyen of Houston, TX, nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held.
