Karl John Katzer, 69, passed away during his battle with multiple myeloma on January 4,  2022. He was born August 10,1952 in Garnett, Kansas to Walter and Irene Katzer. Karl enjoyed people, adventure, all things mechanical, backyard golf and backgammon tournaments, gardening, cooking and entertaining, thrift shopping, exploring the country in his RV, reading books, rope making, challenging all to be their best.  He dabbled in restoring O'Keefe stoves, painting art, sewing machine repair, garment making, boat motors, carpentry, welding artwork, forging, chili cook-offs, piloting small aircraft.   'Do or do not; there is no try'
