Saturday, November 12, 2022, Jose Patricio Gonzalez, sadly passed away at the age of 66 with his family by his side. He was a loving son, brother, Father and friend who was born March 17,1956 in Falfurrias, Texas to Maria Garza Gonzalez and Jose Luz Gonzalez.

Jose is preceded in death by his father, Jose Luz Gonzalez; brother, Roy Gonzalez; great-grandmother, Matilda Garza.

Jose leaves behind his son, Aaron Lee Gonzalez; daughter, Amber Nicole Gonzalez; three grandchildren, Emma Rose Hynes, Mia Renee Branham, and Gabriella Faith Lopez; mother, Maria Garza Gonzalez; brothers, Humberto Gonzalez, David (Cindy) Gonzalez, Xavier (Rebecca) Gonzalez all from San Antonio, Texas.

Jose worked for the City of Rockport for over 31 ½ years. Jose loved to help others, he loved to go to the movies and loved fishing.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Katie, Robin, Elizabeth, Cayla, Wade, Raphael, William, Teresa from Harbor Hospice and his son, Aaron Gonzalez for the special care they provided.

Visitation will be held at 4:00 p.m. with a Rosary and Funeral beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 18, 2022, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home located in Rockport.
