Joe Floyd

Joe Davis Floyd, 80, beloved father, grandfather and friend was called to his eternal resting place on June 11, 2019. He entered this world on June 13, 1938 in Oilton, Oklahoma.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Goldie Floyd; his loving wife, Ruth Ann Floyd; four brothers, John, George, Jerry and Jim.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his sons, David Floyd (Alana) of Seminole, Oklahoma, Blake Torno (Rene Waldrip) of Taft, Texas, Charles Floyd of Tulsa, Oklahoma; daughter, Lisa Shipman (Art) of Oilton, Oklahoma; brother, Mike Floyd of Longview, Texas; grandchildren, Katie Troutman, Danielle Nichols (Jim), Cody Torno (Dani), Whitney Floyd; great-grandchildren, Sye and Heaven Griffin, Chase and Bennett Nichols.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff of Aadi Home Health and Hospice for the level of care given to Joe and his family during this most difficult time.
