Howard Wayne Taber passed away May 29, 2020 at his home in Rockport, Texas, he was born May 27, 1930, to parents Flora and Orville Taber in Oktaha, Oklahoma.
Howard retired from the U.S. Air Force where he proudly swerved his country and lived with honor.
He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
