He met his wife Stephanie in 1991 while both were working for Curtin Matheson Scientific. They married in 1993 and made their home in Boerne, TX. The couple had a mutual love for travel and experienced many beautiful destinations, such as Spain, France and Bora Bora.

Billy’s career as a healthcare executive impacted countless lives. Billy is survived by his mother, Sue Redding, wife Stephanie Redding, sister Amy Tempelmeyer, his two sons Kenny and Chris, five grandchildren Terran, Ava, Kaylin, Zadie and Olivia, and many nieces and nephews.
