William Charles Phemister, 80, of Rockport passed away on January 22, 2023. He was born on December 10, 1942 in Fort Worth, Texas to William and Virgie Phemister.
He was the owner of Stipe-A-Zone in the Rockport area for years. He loved his family, fishing, golfing, and backpacking.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Patsy of Rockport; his sister, Kay Martin of Dallas; and his brother, Brent Phemister of Dallas; as well as many other family and friends.
