Shelly was born March 1, 1963 in Biddeford, Maine to Willie Delmer Scott and Donna Rae Ladd.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Willie Delmer Scott and Donna Rae Ladd; son, Raymond Guptill Jr.
Survivors include her children; Son, Thomas Quibell Jr, and Daughter, Ginger Rae Guptill. Brothers; Jimmy Scott, his wife Mary. David Scott, his wife Mandy. As well as 3 nieces and 2 nephews.
