Shane Palmer

Shane Lyle Palmer passed away May 12, 2023 at the age of 53. He was born Oct 20,1969 in Vietnam to Melvin and Nam Palmer. He was raised in Killeen Texas and moved to the Rockport area March of 2017 with his wife Christina. Before moving to the Rockport area, him and his wife did a lot of vacationing in the area. When he came home on the weekends, he would go out to Fulton Pier and catch the biggest drum! Shane was also truck driver for P&S, and drove all over the USA for 15 years, he absolutely loved what he did. He enjoyed fishing, loved spending time with his wife Christine and his grandkids. He is preceded in death by his father and mother. He is survived by his loving wife Christina D. Palmer, brother; Wayne Palmer, daughter; Bacardi Palmer, Son; Gary Curtis, 3 step daughters; Ashley, Amanda, and Hallie, and 8 grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held at the Fulton Pier on June 6, 2023 at sunrise.
