Sammye Holden

Sammye Mildred Holden, 95 passed away November 19, 2021. She was born April 19, 1926 in Idalou, Texas to Sam and Mildred Gothcher.

Sammye retired as an Assistant Vice President of First State Bank and trained many banking professionals.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Lee Wayne Holden; son Jeffrey Holden and her parents.

Sammye is survived by her son, Terry Holden (Sandy); five grandchildren, Latrice, Sean, Travis, Jeff and Heather; great-grandchildren, Mallory, Savannah, Ariel, Brittany, Jarod and one great great-grandson, Trevor.

Visitation will be held from 5:00p.m.-8:00p.m. Friday, November 26, 2021 and Funeral Service will begin at 10:00a.m. Saturday, November 27, 2021 all at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass. Interment will follow at Prairie View Cemetery.
