He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Julia Morales De Montemayor; sons, Raul Montemayor (Beatrice), Julio De Leon (Irasema); daughters, Suheidi Guajardo ( Jorge Alberto), Karla Montemayor, Edith De Leon (Gerardo), Susana De Leon (Alfonso), Alejandra De Leon (Gilbert); brother, Alvaro Montemayor; sisters, Socorro Montemayor, Blanca Montemayor, Guadalupe Montemayor; grandchildren, Yulissa (Michael), Jorge (Araceli), Yadira Guajardo, Giselle Adelaida, Jesus, Yahira, Jose, Raul, Gabby, Elijah, Samara, Michael, Julio, Angel, Itzayana, Fernanda, Miguel, Lizeth; great-grandchildren, Yaretzi, Yzabella, Mikaela, Karime, Eva, Alexa and Antonio.
Visitation will be held from 12:00p.m.-9:00p.m. with Holy Rosary recited by Deacon Rey Rojas at 7:00p.m. on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00a.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2022 by Father Emilio Jimenez at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church. Burial will be private.

El velorio se llevará a cabo de 12:00 p.m. a 9:00 p.m. con el Santo Rosario rezado por el Diácono Art Provencio a las 7:00p.m. el martes, 22 de marzo de 2022 en Charlie Marshall Funeral Home. La Misa se celebrará a las 10:00 a.m. El Miércoles, 23 de marzo de 2022 por el Padre Emilio Jiménez en la Iglesia Católica St. Mary Star of the Sea. El entierro será privado.
