Paul Arthur Noel, 71, passed away on February 1, 2020. He was born May 2, 1948 in Indianapolis, IN.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Noel and Doris "Dolly" Noel.
He is survived by his loving wife, Janet Noel; son, John Noel; daughter, Tricia Iniguez (Alex); brother, Calvin Noel (Gloria); grandchildren, Sierra Ocon (Roland) and Ryan Noel.
