Patsy Rowell

On Monday May 2nd, 2022, Patsy Ruth Rowell, loving wife and mother passed away at the age of 85.

Patsy was born July 26th, 1936 in Black Flat TX. to Minnie Pearl and Edgar Thomas.

She graduated from Holliday High School in Holliday, TX.

On August 22nd, 1953 she married her high school sweetheart Deryl “DB” Rowell. They raised two daughters Sherrel and Kelly.

Patsy was a homemaker and worked part time for an insurance agency. After they retired they moved to Ingleside, TX. in 2008. Patsy enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening, and spending time with her family. She was known for having a sweet tooth, her love for cats, and for being a kind and classy woman.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Joyce Sanderson, and her husband DB Rowell.

Patsy is survived by her two daughters Kelly Onley, Sherrel Stanford and husband Doug Stanford, several grand children and great grand children including Shelley Onley, Brad Stanford, Stacey Onley, Kacie Stanford, Jayme Espinoza, Quaid Welch, Brooklynn Espinoza, and Branson Stone.

She will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
