Patricia E. Collie, 82, passes away Thursday, December 28, 2017. She was born May 28, 1935 in Cleveland, OH to Walter H. Welty and Elaine Claire Welty.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Warren Collie.
She is survived by her sons, Walter Coutts, William Collie of Rockport, TX and John Collie of League city, TX; daughter, Elaine Wood of Rockport, TX; brother, Jim Welty of Albuquerque, NM.
Services will be private.
Arrangements entrusted to Charlie Marshall Funeral Home.
