Patricia Ann Billman was born on March 20, 1956. She resided most of her life in South Texas. Marrying Vance Dawson III, having their son Vance "Wart" Dawson IV, they resided in Portland all through out Warts childhood.
When Vance & Pat parted ways, it didn't take long for her to find the love of her life, Daniel (Danny) Billman Sr.
Patricia later made her home in Aransas Pass, Texas, where she enjoyed spending time with family and friends, fishing, cooking for those she loved, creating beautiful floral arrangements, and opening her heart to every animal she could rescue from the streets or adopt from the local humane society.
Patricia is preceded in death by her late husband, Danny Billman Sr.; her son, Vance "Wart" Dawson IV; Vance Dawson III; her mother and father, Elizabeth Crain & Jimmy Stoecker; stepfather, Richard Crain Sr.; and brother James August Stoecker Jr.
She is survived by her daughter, Heather Billman; her grandchildren, Amber Dawson, Vance "Bubba" Dawson V, Hunter Dawson, Kade Howard Karrick, and Grace Elizabeth Karrick; her great-grandchildren, Vance "Beau" Dawson VI and Bella Dawson; and brother, Richard Crain Jr.
Patricia was surrounded by the love of her family and friends throughout her life and at the time of her passing. She passed away on July 9, 2026 at the age of 70.
In honor of Patricia's bright, joyful spirit, the family kindly asks that those attending her service wear bright colors, floral, or fun attire. We know she would have loved seeing everyone celebrate her life with the same warmth and vibrancy she brought to those around her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
