Nicholas Wascher

Nicholas (Tony) Wascher passed away on July 24, 2022. He was 79 years old. He was born February 5, 1943, in Portland, Oregon to William David Wascher and Mary Manaro Wascher.  Tony graduated from Jesuit High School and received his B.A. from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. He married Kathleen A. Nordlund on September 30, 2000. Tony worked in administration for the Archdiocese of Seattle and retired in 2013. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rockport, Texas and he had a passion for cooking and for animals.

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; 2 children; three stepchildren; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; as well as one sister.

Funeral arrangements will take place in Washington State at a later date.
