Nestor(Angel) Montgomery, passed away on September 27, 2026. He was born on August 8, 1973, in the Philippines, to parents, Bruce and Betty Montgomery. When he was five years old, he moved to Florida.  

Angel was extremely passionate about fishing and singing. He loved watching movies and was always seen walking around town with his girls. Anyone would tell you that Angel would always tell the most captivating and compelling stories. He had a funny, positive energy. Charismatic and had a way of always making others around him smile.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Montgomery; older brother, Dante. 

Angel is survived by his father, Bruce Montgomery of Panama City, Florida; daughters: Kaysie Montgomery (Zack) of Rockport, Texas, and Savahna Weisman (Nick) of Gulfport, MS; Granddaughter, Iza June McCorquiodale; siblings, Daisy Montgomery, James Montgomery, and Sharinah Montgomery; and his stepchildren, Catie Peña of Conway, Arkansas, and Isaiah Peña of Gulfport, MS; his step-grandchildren, Ezra Pena, Knoah Nichols, and Cataleya Pena.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. October 4, 2026, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Rockport. Memorial Service will begin at 2:00 p.m. October 4, 2026, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Rockport, Texas.
