Neal Goings

Neal Goings, age 58, passed away on October 20th in Rockport, Texas. Neal was born in Kermit, TX on December 16th, 1962, and attended Ingleside High School.

He is preceded in death by his father Bud Goings and Deanna Odom. His brothers, Wesley Adkinson and Russell Adkinson.

He is survived by his stepfather, Joseph Cheaney, his wife, Sheila Goings, his daughter, Andrea Goings; his sons, Austin and Logan Moses; his sister, Samantha Cheaney: his brother Jimmy Cheaney, and Charles Goings; his grandchildren, Kenzley, Sebastian, and Kullen.

Neal traveled all over the country for work, meeting many people with his smile and overwhelming happiness. He loved his family and grandchildren with all of his heart and enjoyed working out, working with his hands, and visiting with childhood friends and family when he wasn’t working with his guys on the pipeline.

The world is less bright without him in it.

The celebration of life will be held at the Moose Lodge in Ingleside on November 27that 3 PM.
