Myrtle Alma Rowe passed away on January 20, 2017. Alma was born on April 6, 1937 in Naples, Florida to James Monroe & Emily Mills. Alma was a resident of Rockport. She was survived by two sons, Scott & Franklin Rowe, both of Rockport; daughter, Tracy Evans of Rockport, two brothers Jake Mills of Seadrift, TX and Hardy Mills of Warrior, AL; sister, Bettie Craig of Seguin, TX; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The family will have a celebration of life on Saturday, January 28, 2017, at 906 N. Church St., Rockport, TX.
