Mitzi is survived by her loving parents, Freddy "Fred" Doyle Williams and Reba Sue Williams, who were not only her guardians but also her closest confidants. She leaves behind her cherished children, Dusty Shane Foley and Shelbi Leigh Foley, who were the pride and joy of her life. Mitzi's gentle and caring spirit will continue to reside in her grandson, Cutter Wayne Dollar, whom she adored.
Family was the nucleus of Mitzi's world, and she treasured the moments spent with them. Whether it was playing with her loyal dog, Maci Mae, or sharing laughter with her parents, Mitzi found solace in their presence.
