Melody Perez

Melody Beth Perez of Corpus Christi, Tx. Passed away on Monday, September 6, 2021 due to complications from COVID. She was 36. Melody was born on July 25, 1985 to parents Julio Perez and Elizabeth Hamm in Corpus Christi, Tx. A lifelong resident of the area, she graduated from Rockport High School.

Melody is survived by her children, Noah James and Natalie Rose Rivera of Corpus Christi, Tx.; their father, George Rivera; Father Julio (Aimee) Perez of Ingleside, Tx., mother, Elizabeth Anne Hamm of Tn..; brothers, Justin and Tyler Perez of Ingleside, Tx., Ryan Perez of Rockport, Tx., and Billy Turpin of La.; sisters, Madyson Rice of Ingleside, Tx. and Allyson Turpin of Tn.; maternal grandmother, Jerry Milam of Tn.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Domingo and Petra Perez; aunts, Lillian and Connie; and maternal grandfather, Mike Milam.
