She was born in Leesburg, Florida to Lynwood and Martha Phillips on June 4, 1944.
Ms. Mary was a long-time cook and was known for her delicious pies and cakes, Ms. Mary enjoyed needle pointing as a hobby.
She was preceded by her husband Robert Merle Mosby and daughter Martha Lynn Hesskew.
Left to cherish her memory are her children; Wilbur Palmer, Jr, David Leon Palmer, Margaret Denise Page and Richard Hal Germer, along with numerous grandchildren and greatgrandchildren, as well as her siblings; Frannie, Evelyn, Roscoe, Carl and Harvey.
