Mary Jane Diaz,63, went to be with the Lord on August 22, 2021. She was born on January 8, 1958, in Big Springs, Texas, to parents Maria Carmen Heinsburger and Vicente Rodriguez Diaz.

Mary worked as an EMT and licensed cosmetologist. She enjoyed travel, fishing, cooking, spending time with her grandchildren, and helping others.

Mary Jane's life was tragically taken too soon. Her passing reminds us that we aren't promised tomorrow. If there is love to offer or forgiveness to give, don't wait.

The love she gave and the memories she left behind will continue to live on. Rest easy, Mary Jane Diaz.

She was preceded in death by her son, Jo Manuel Arredondo.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Elvira Del Carmen, Anita Gutierrez, Amanda Lurdes, Felino Alberto Mendoza; mother, Maria Carmen Heinsburger; grandchildren, Samantha Joecelyn Arredondo, Amanda Lexi Mendoza; siblings, Fabian Diaz, Vicente Diaz, and Rachel Stanley; great-grandchildren, Giddeon and Kylie Flores; cousins, Erlinda and Marty Martinez, Samuel Jimenez, and Arturo Guajardo; nieces and nephews, Alisha Hogon, Andrea Sifuentes, Joseph Hogon, Natalie Stanley, Connie Diaz, Jonathon Diaz, Mark Diaz, Justin Garcia, Missy Diaz, and Bianca Diaz; along with many extended family and friends who loved her dearly.

The memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on October 24, 2026, at First Baptist Church of Rockport, Texas.
