With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the passing of the esteemed Marvin Lee Ebel, a cherished father, grandfather, and pillar of his community. Born on February 16th, 1931 in Medford, OK, Marvin peacefully departed from this world on March 20th, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering strength.

A beacon of light in the lives of all who knew him, Marvin's presence was a source of immeasurable joy and comfort. His son Mark Ebel (Ellis), along with Philip Ebel and their sister Diane Richards (David), shall forever hold his memory in their hearts. His memory will also be carried on by his grandchildren Colton Ebel (Alexa), Alec Richards (Jessica), and Sarah Williams-Upton (Dalton), who admired and adored their beloved grandfather. Also, a dear friend Anchita Steinert "Ching".

As we gather to honor Marvin's remarkable life, we invite you to join us in celebrating his journey and the impact he had on all who had the privilege of knowing him. A man of integrity and kindness, Marvin's legacy will live on through the lives he touched and the hearts he warmed. His presence in the community was one of selflessness, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.

In honor of Marvin's life, a memorial service will be held at the Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass, Texas on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 10am. Marvin's life will bring together family, friends, and acquaintances to share stories, reminisce, and bid farewell to a remarkable soul.

In the spirit of Marvin's selflessness and compassion, expressions of sympathy can be conveyed through donations to the Ingleside Senior Center, 2850 Main St, Ingleside, TX 78362 a cause dear to his heart. Let us come together to remember, honor, and rejoice in the life of a man whose presence enriched us all.
