Maria Delgado Molina

Maria Delgado Molina was born in Kingsville, TX on November 7, 1933 to the late Estaven Delgado and Conception Gonzales Delgado. She was called to heaven on October 27, 2021. With “Amazing Grace”, Jesus said, “Be not afraid. I go before you always. Come follow me, and I will give you rest.”

Maria had the greenest thumb for gardening, loved doing puzzles and loved caring for her two dogs, Willie and Junior. She had such a funny personality and had a way of making people laugh. To be around her, you felt true happiness. She was kind to everyone she met and had such a generous soul. When she loved, she did it with all of her heart. And to be loved by her was the biggest blessing God could ever give.

Maria was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Jose Molina, Sr. She was the devoted mother of two daughters, Mary Suniga and Ginny Burks, and three sons, Jerry Garcia (wife Idalia), Joe Molina, Jr. (wife Tuffy) and Rueben Molina (wife Alicia). She was also the beloved Gammer, Grandma, Abuela and Mimi to 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. They were her world. She taught how to love by her example. The most wonderful gift she left her family is a special part of her heart that now lives in each of them forever. She is and will always be the most beautiful lady they will ever know.

Services will be held at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Rockport, TX on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 10:00 am.

Pall Bearers will be her grandsons, Jason Suniga, Ruben Molina, Eric Menchaca, Jerry Floyd Garcia, Kyle Meza and Joe Patrick Molina.
