Margarita (Maggie) V. Moreno,72, of Ingleside, Texas, was called home to be with the Lord on October 21, 2023. She was born In Ingleside, Texas, on March 24, 1951, to parents, Louis and Jesusa Vasquez.

Margarita is preceded in death by her parents Louis and Jesusa Vasquez; husband, Pedro R. Moreno; sister, Angelita Martinez (Angie); brothers, Louis Vasquez and Epsaino Vasquez; brothers-in-law, Rufino Martinez and Noel Esquivel; sister-in-law, Alice Vasquez; nephews, Rudolpho Vasquez and Raul Vasquez.

Margarita married the love of her life, husband, Pedro R. Moreno on December 13, 1980.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jessica V. Munoz (Rafael), of Ingleside, Texas, Pedro V. Moreno (Crystal), Of Portland, Texas, Mary L. Webb (Chad) of Rockport, Texas; grandchildren, Sophie L. Moreno, Dominick X. Munoz, Jacob M. Munoz, Leah R. Munoz, Issac G. Munoz, Ralph Munoz Jr., Aundrina Moreno, Eliza Lopez, Kateryna Lopez, Sara Hubbartt, William Hubbartt, and Jeffery Hubbartt; great-grandchildren, Reynaldo Robles Moreno, and Gracie Mae Hubbartt; sisters, Julie (Johnny) Rangel of Aransas Pass, Texas, Louisa (Leonard) Gonzalez of Alvin, Texas, and Isabel Esquivel of Ingleside, Texas; brothers, Joe (Esther) Vasquez of Ingleside, Texas, David Vasquez of Ingleside, Texas, Daniel Raymond (Elva) Vasquez of Ingleside, Texas, Ricky (Mary Alice) Vasquez of Ingleside, Texas, Antonio Vasquez (Tony) of Ingleside, Texas and Charlie Vasquez of Corpus Christi, Texas. And numerous nephews and nieces.

Maggie was a lifetime resident of Ingleside, Texas. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She lived for her family, there was nothing that she wouldn't do for her children and grandchildren. She poured her whole heart into her family and made sure they knew how much she loved them. She will be remembered as a strong woman who despite life's hardship she never lost her faith in God. As we say goodbye to Maggie, we celebrate a life that was filled with tremendous love, dedication and countless memories she leaves behind. May her spirit find eternal peace and her memory will live on forever in all the lives she touched.

Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass. Rosary will begin at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 2, 2023. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, November 2, 2023, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home. Interment to follow at San Ignacio Cemetery in Ingleside, Texas
