Marcelina Castillo

Marcelina G. Castillo, 100, of Aransas Pass, passed away on May 21,2022. She was born June 02,1921 in Beeville, Texas to Ernesto Gomez and Matilda (Perez) Gomez.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband David G. Castillo Sr.; eldest son David “Sunny” G. Castillo Jr.; eldest daughter, Mary Alice Gonzales; Sons in law, Ezekiel Cano, Bennie Burns, Paul H. Torres

Left to cherish her memory five sons, Carlos G. Castillo (Lupe) of Aransas Pass, Tx, Alberto G. Castillo Sr.(Queta) of Sinton, Tx, Ray Castillo of Corpus Christi, Tx, Raymond G. Castillo of Aransas Pass, TX Robert G. Castillo (Greta) of Aransas Pass, Tx; five daughters, Idenia C. Naranjo (Jimmie) of Aransas Pass, Tx, Rose Marie C. Burns Aransas Pass, Tx, Marcelina C. Cano of Sinton, Tx, Bettie Jean Castillo of Aransas Pass, Tx, Frances C. Pina (Tadeo) Of Corpus, Christi, Tx.

Marcelina will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her, but her memory will live forever in our hearts.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday May 24,2022 from 10Am-9Pm with a rosary at 7pm at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday May 25, 2022, at 10am at St. Mary Start of the Sea. Interment to followed at Eternal Rest Cemetery.
