Lorenza Lopez

Mrs. Lorenza Lopez, passed away on Saturday morning in Corpus Christi, Tx at the age of 103. She was born in Matehuala, San Luis Potosi, Mexico on September 5, 1918. She was the widow of Mr. Ezequiel Lopez Sr.; mother, to Ezequiel Lopez Jr and Jose Luis Lopez all who have passed.

Lorenza is survived by her children oldest daughter, Delfina Gonzalez, follow by her daughter Luz Booth of Ingleside, Raul Lopez of CC, TX, and her eldest son, Carlos Lopez of Rockport; her grandchildren, surviving are Fernando Lopez, Anna Lopez Newman, Diana Lopez, and Elisa Lopez.

Mrs. Lopez was a devoted mother, a housewife, and a productive member of our community. Member of the Catholic Church. She was a skilled seamstress, enjoyed crocheting and knitting, loved gardening and reading. We will truly miss her.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Rockport. Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 21, 2021. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rockport. Interment to follow at Rockport Cemetery.
