Leonard Dunnahoe, 93, of Ingleside, Texas, passed away on December 6, 2025. He was born in Fort Sill, Oklahoma on August 20, 1932. Leonard lived a long and meaningful life marked by service, dedication, and the simple joys that defined him.

Leonard proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean conflict. Following his military service, he built a respected career as an industrial insulator and served as an officer for the Corpus Christi Union chapter. Leonard was known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and the pride he took in every task. His passion for collecting license plates led to a special recognition when he was featured on The Texas Country Reporter, for his unique license plate birdhouses.

Leonard shared sixty-seven loving years with his wife, Norma Jean Stewart, and their life together remained a source of comfort and strength. He is survived by his three daughters, Patricia Wagner (Laddie,), Belinda Hutto, Jacqueline Fay (Kip); his grandchildren, Russell Wagner (Kelsey), Sarah Raffay (Mike), Emily Kittel (Dean), Abigail Gallagher (Brian); his great-grandchildren, Noah Raffay, Hannah Raffay, Katherine Wagner, Grace Wagner, soon-to-arrive baby Gallagher and his siblings Glen Curfman and Cathy Taylor. Each of them carries forward his memory with love and gratitude.

Leonard will be remembered for his warmth, sense of humor, and bigger than life presence. His life was a testament to devotion—to his family, to his work, and to a country he served with honor.
