Kenneth Raymond Roberts

Ken was born on December 5, 1945, in Eagle Lake, Texas to D.H. and Agnus Roberts. He graduated from Rockport High School before joining the United States Marine Corp. He honorably served in Viet Nam as an Aircraft Electrician. He later graduated from Texas A&M University in Kingsville, where he met his wife Linda. He worked as a System Computer Analyst and retired from USAA in San Antonio.

He is survived by his wife Linda Starcic Roberts of 48 years; his three daughters Kathrine (Stephen) Dowell, Kelly (Jay) Moeller and Karen Pierce. His grandchildren are Morgan, Macy & David Moeller, Brandon & Michael Anderson, and Kyle & Kyra Pierce. He is also survived by his brother Gerald (Annette) Roberts of Corpus Christi, Texas and sister Theresa (Marty) Reid of Daphne, Alabama and numerous cousins.

Ken was a devoted follower of his Lord Jesus Christ. He went home to be with His Lord on August 29, 2021.

Visitation will be at Marshall Funeral Home on Thursday, September 9, 2021, from 4:00-8:00 pm. A Celebration of Life Service will be Friday, September 10, 2021, 10:00 am at First Baptist Church Aransas Pass followed by a graveside service with Military honors at Prairie View Cemetery.
