Juan Samuel “Sam” Ramos, 62, of Fulton, Texas, passed away on March 3, 2026. He was born on June 24, 1963, in Corpus Christi, Texas, to Domingo and Antonia Segovia Ramos. He fought a brave battle with cancer but succumbed to underlying issues from his illness.
He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his sons, Daniel Joseph Ramos and Jeremy Domingo Ramos and spouse, Kim Ramos.
He is also survived by his sisters, Sofia (Phillip) Walter, Angie Niama, and Rosa Ramos (Erasmo Adame) and brothers, Ramiro (Lucia) Ramos, Domingo (Amelia) Segovia, Jr., and Robert (Kathy) Ramos, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Sam worked for the Aransas County Navigation District and will be remembered as a devoted father and hardworking man who touched many lives through his kindness, strength, and dedication.
Sam was an avid fan of the 49ers, his football team! He was fond of going to casinos (always winning), coin collector and loved spending time with this man’s best friend, Jasmine.
His presence will be deeply missed by family, friends, and those who knew him.
Though our hearts are saddened by this loss, we take comfort in knowing he is now at peace.
