Jose was a man of boundless energy & intelligence. He retired from military life after 26 years plus of service in the United States Air Force, which included two tours in Vietnam, retiring as Senior Master Sargent. He received numerous merits & awards along the way. He continued his hard work ethic serving the community of Port Aransas as a postal carrier for about 15 years. Driven by an endless thirst for knowledge, he had a passion to find out who our ancestors were, he spent hours searching the internet & recorded records from way back. This spirit which characterized his life gave new meaning to our lives as he proudly shared his findings with the family. His remarkable life will forever be an inspiration. He will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
