John Kress Ii

John Robert Kress II, 75, of Rockport TX / Wiggins CO, passed away peacefully at his home in Rockport TX August 25th, 2022. John was born April 26, 1947, in Fort Morgan CO to John Robert Kress Sr and Donna Darlene (Turpin) Kress.

John is preceded in death by his parents, sister’s Linda (Kress) Richardson and Sharon (Kress) Weimer and nephew Richard Richardson

John is survived by his wife of 30 plus years, Karen J. (Kraemer) Kress; Sister, Barbara  A. (Kress) Windsor; Children, John Robert Kress III, Tammy S. Morey (Galen), Paul W. Kraemer (Colleen), and Doug M. Kraemer (Audrey); John was blessed with 9 grandchildren, Tonya, Reba, Nichole, Jefferey, Courtney, Sam, Maggie, Grace and Danny; and was even more blessed with 9 great grandchildren, Kevin, Isaac, Olivia, Evie, Henry, Remi, Randilynn, Natalee and Bruce; John was active with his niece Rachelle and his nephews David, Steve and Luke.

John would like to be remembered for his love of fishing, poker, woodworking and playing his Bass guitar not only in his own band but any other band he could associate with. John loved being a country dance instructor, however his passion was doing the dance!

Service will be held Thursday September 8th, 2022, at 11:00 am with a Viewing Time will be held Thursday September 8th, 2022, 9 - 10:45am. In Heer Mortuaries & Crematory - Fort Morgan.
