Joan Gemoets

Joan McCoy Gemoets, 89 passed away August 1, 2022. She was born January 30, 1933 in Teague, Texas to John Francis McCoy and Lillian Withers McCoy. She lived most of her life in Houston and was a long term employee of AT&T. Joan loved to play bridge and had many friends in the bridge world. She leaves behind nieces and nephews who love her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Dr. Thomas H. Gemoets, and brother, John H. McCoy.

She is survived by her nieces, Gail Leake of Kenneth City, Florida and Melody Waggoner (Gary) of Rockport, Texas.
