Jerene Hardy

Jerene Elizabeth Hardy, 74, of Rockport, Texas, went to be with the Lord on March 24, 2022. She was surrounded by her loved ones.
Jerene was born October 26, 1947, in Donna, Texas, to Lloyd and Emma Gilbert. On December 26, 1963, she married her lifelong husband of 58 years, Cleo Hardy Jr. Becoming a loving and caring wife brought on a family of 3 children. This led to her many grandchildren and great grandchildren, who she loved and adored.

Jerene is proceeded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Emma, her brothers: LeRoy, Donald, and Austin Gilbert.

She is survived by her husband Cleo, her brother Eugene Gilbert (Martha), son Curtis (Christe), daughters Jan, Crystal (Mark), and many other family members.

Visitation will be held at 10am on Monday, March 28, 2022, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Rockport, Texas. On Tuesday, March 29. 2022 at 1pm, a graveside service will be held at Coastal Bend State Veteran's Cemetery 9974 I-37, Corpus Christi, TX 78410.
