Jerald Patrick Forrest passed away April 27, 2023. He was 61 years old. He was born July 27, 1961 in Texarkana, Ark. To Jack and Patricia Forrest.

Jerald worked for many years as a heavy equipment manager for Gulf Marine and Bechtel Equipment Operations. In his spare time, he enjoyed traveling, barbequing and family get togethers. He was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan, and he was extremely patriotic. He lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed making people laugh and he was a true life-long friend to many.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, John Virgil Forrest, and Joseph Howard Forrest.

Left to cherish his memory is his fiancé, Janet Johnson of Rockport, Texas; son, John David Forrest of Ingleside, Texas; daughters, Anne Marie Forrest, and Diane Forrest (Raul) both of Ingleside, Texas; Alexandra Henzler (Matt) of Roaring Springs, Texas; Ashlay Pina of Ingleside, Texas; brothers, James Forrest, of La Mesa, Texas, and Michael Forrest of Yerington, Nevada; sisters, Mary Ann Johnston (Joe), of Aransas Pass, Texas, and Cathy Frerichs (Mike) of Brazoria, Texas; and eleven grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Charlie Marshall Funeral Homes in Aransas Pass, Texas. The memorial service will follow at 1:00 pm Saturday, May 6, 2023 also at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass, Texas.
