James Jacques

James E. Jacques of Rockport, Texas, passed away on July 12, 2017. He was 67 years old. James was born on June 6, 1950 in San Antonio, Texas to Joe & Melba Jacques. He served his country in the U.S. Coast Guard and worked as an electrician.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Mickey; father, Joe; brother, Allen.

He is survived by his son, Troy Michael Jacques of Bandera, TX; sister, Valerie Jacques Cadena of San Antonio, TX; long-time best friend, Kirby Smith, ex-wife, Deborah L. Nicholson of Bandera; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017, 2:00 pm, at the Bayview Church of Christi, 932 S. Church St., Rockport, TX 78382.
