James Gravell

James Edward Gravell of Rockport, Texas passed away June 24, 2019 from a chronic illness. He was born January 4, 1968 in San Antonio, Texas to John “Jack” Albert Gravell Sr. and Helen Joyce Lamb Gravell.

James is preceded in death by his parents, and his favorite dog “Moonie”.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Lisa Marie Gravell Olsen (Andrew); brother, John Albert Gravell Jr.; and nephew, John Albert Gravell III.

James would want to express a final farewell to his best friends from his time on this earth; Shawna Adkinson; Lori Green Sutter; Rob Brooks; Kroy Deforest; David and Zach Adkinson.

James was a former fry cook and local chef from various restaurants in the Rockport area.

James and his awesome cooking will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00p.m. Monday, June 1, 2019 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Rockport.
