James Dupnik

James Paul Dupnik of Rockport, Texas passed away on December 22, 2022. He was 82 years old. He was born in Rockport, Texas on September 11, 1940. James Paul Dupnik graduated from Rockport High School. He was a lifelong bachelor.

James Paul worked as a manager, bookkeeper, and sales for RYSCO, Gulf King, Spanky’s, and other companies. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and a member of the Knights of Columbus, and Lions Club.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Opal Dee Dupnik; 3 brothers, Sonny (Willa Mae), Benny (Janette), and “Bill” Dupnik; sister, Mary Jane (Charlie) Cady; niece, Bonny Jo Dupnik; nephew, Benny Joe Cady.

He is survived by his 3 brothers, “Dutch” (Darlene), Jerry (Geneva), and “Danny” (Diane) Dupnik; sister, Patricia Rose Dupnik Boudreaux; numerous nieces, nephews, great and great- great nieces, and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 10:00 am at the Aransas Memorial Park Cemetery in Rockport, Texas.
