Ivory Penny Jean Upthegrove, 76 of Rockport, Texas passed away May 3, 2017. She was born June 24, 1940 in Mooselake, Minnesota to Richard and Gertrude Upthegrove.
She is preceded in death by her son, Michael Confer. She is survived by her children, James Confer (Pat), Thomas Confer (Joan), Roger Confer (Starla), Hope Confer, Trish Hopkins (Aaron), Sally Confer, T.K. Upthegrove; sisters, Martha Woodman, Virginia Rodgers, Irene Hutchinson, Nettie Apland; 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
A private family service will be held.
