Francis Earl Stephens, 68, of Rockport has gone onto greener pastures. Earl was born on October 31, 1952, in Apalachicola, Florida.

He spent his adult life in Aransas Pass and eventually settling in Rockport, Texas. Earl was a longtime resident and business owner of Rockport Glass & Mirror. He enjoyed fishing when he could, and was an avid dart player for many years. He inspired and touched everyone he met. He passed away peacefully at home.

Earl will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
