Ester Maldonado

Ester A. Maldonado of Port Aransas, Texas passed away May 15, 2022 at the age of 89. She was born October 3, 1932 in Taft, Texas to Teodoro and Rita Reyes Adame.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arturo Garza Maldonado; son, Benito Maldonado; daughter, Arcelia Sanchez and brother, Domingo Adame.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her four sons, Art Maldonado (Linda), and Adam Maldonado (Sylvia Cortinas) of Port Aransas, Angel Maldonado of Crestwood, Missouri, Al Maldonado (Pam) of Aransas Pass; two daughters, Angelmira Senteno (Carlos) and Gloria Mendoza (Cirildo) of Taft; six siblings, Erasmo Adame (Rose), Maggie Gonzales (Ruben), Dionicio Adame, Rosalinda Rios, Danny Adame (Angie), Rene Adame (Gloria); grandchildren, Justin David Maldonado, Angela Judith Maldonado, Carlos Salinas, Pepe Salinas, Andy Salinas, Matthew Cortinas and her favorite dog Bear.

Visitation will be held from 6:00p.m.-8:00p.m. with Holy Rosary recited at 7:00p.m. Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass. Funeral service will begin at 2:00p.m. Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at Tree of Life Church, 305 W. Cotter Ave. in Port Aransas. Burial will follow at Royal Palm Cemetery.
