Esperanza G. Garcia passed away on February 17, 2026, at the age of 85. She was born February 6, 1941, in Valle Hermoso, Mexico, to her parents, Jose and Maria De La Luz.

On September 6, 1959, Esperanza married the love of her life, Albino P. Garcia. Together they shared many beautiful years and built a life centered on love, faith, and family. A devoted homemaker, she lovingly raised six children and dedicated herself wholeheartedly to her family. She was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose G. Garcia and Maria De La Luz, and by her beloved husband, Albino P. Garcia. She is survived by her children, Maria De Los Santos, Albino Garcia, Adan Garcia, Fermin Garcia, Joe Andrew Garcia, and Eulali Garcia; her brother, Frank Garcia; ten grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.

Esperanza will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She cherished time spent with her family and was especially fond of chocolate. Among her favorite pastimes was searching for hidden treasures at local shops and estate sales, a hobby that brought her great joy.

Viewing will be held Saturday February 28, 2026 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Rockport, TX followed by a mass at Sacred Heart Church with burial to follow at the Rockport Cemetery. A reception will be held after the burial at Charlie Marshall.
