Elizabeth Carolyn “Betty” Hoover, 88, went to be with the Lord on February 19, 2019. Elizabeth was born on January 15, 1931, to parents W. Roy and Thelma Harris in San Antonio, Texas.
She is preceded in death by parents, W. Roy and Thelma Harris; husband, Herbert “Herb” Hoover; son, Steven Hoover.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Anita C. (Michael) Hulsey; six grand-children and 11 great-grandchildren.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A Memorial Service will be celebrated at a later date.
