Donald Terrell

Donald Ray Terrell, 81 of Rockport, Texas passed away on March 29, 2022.

He was born in San Bernardino, California on November 22, 1940.

Don married his wife, Nina on March 8, 1965 in Las Vegas Nevada.

He was a drywall superintendent by trade, working in the construction industry for over 50 years.  He was passionate about training and riding horses, fishing and golfing.  Don was a member of the United States Team Roping Championships, competing as a header and a heeler for many years. His main hobby was leatherwork, and he created many beautiful saddles, bridles, belts and more throughout the years.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Doris Riggs Terrell and his Father, Ray Terrell.

He is survived by his wife, Nina Laverne Diana Terrell, his son, Shannon Gabriel Terrell and daughter in law, Robbie Terrell, his daughter, Summer Shalon Terrell, his granddaughters, Sabrina Terrell and Monica Terrell.

There will be a scattering of his ashes in the fall at his favorite hunting spot in Colorado.
