Rockport

Dillon Fyffe, born April 23, 1996, in Shoreline, Washington, passed away on May 8, 2026, and is now with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. While his loss is deeply felt, his family finds comfort in their faith and in being thankful for the time they were blessed to share with him.

Dillon was the youngest of five and truly the baby of the family. He shared a special bond with his siblings and loved growing up alongside his nieces and nephews whenever family could be together. He spent much of his childhood in Sugar Land, Texas, where he graduated from Kempner High School, and lived his last five years in Rockport, Texas, where he made his home.

Dillon had many talents, especially in music. He was a gifted cello player, known for his beautiful performances—especially Bach’s Suite No. 1. He also played the keyboard and enjoyed writing his own music. Dillon loved video games and was exceptionally good at them. He was a hard worker with an incredible ability to learn and master new skills, including 3D computer design.

More than anything, Dillon will be remembered for his kind and generous heart. He never acted in anger, was never selfish, and would do anything for anyone. Quiet and sincere, Dillon was loved by everyone who knew him, and he will be deeply missed.

Dillon is survived by his parents, Roger and Patricia Fyffe; his siblings, Heather Caldwell, Alicia Nickerson, Austin Fyffe, and Weston Fyffe; and many friends and extended family who will forever cherish his memory.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on May 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at Salt Lake Baptist Church, Rockport, Texas. There will be a reception to follow where the church will provide lunch for all who attend, Donations are welcome and appreciated but not required.

Dillon’s life, though far too short, made a lasting impact. He will be remembered for his music, his gentle spirit, and the love he shared so freely.

You are deeply loved and will never be forgotten.
