David Olen Offutt, Jr., 67, passed away November 4, 2021. He was born May 12, 1954 in Quantico, VA.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Phillip Offutt and his mother, Betty Jo Hall.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Janet Louise Offutt; daughters, Leah Reed, Martha Johnson, Rachel Morgan; father, David Offutt, Sr.; brothers, Charles Offutt, Tim Offutt; sister, Elizabeth Patel; grandchildren, Kaycee Reed, Sarah Reed, Lauren Reed, Chloe Morgan, Gabriel Morgan and Edmund Johnson.
Mass will be celebrated at 9:00a.m. Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Rockport. Interment will follow at Rockport Cemetery.
