Dan Palmer

Dan Franklin Palmer SR. 93 of Aransas Pass TX passed away Saturday September 25,2021. He was born on    July 10,1928 to the late John D. Palmer and Marion Palmer both of Aransas Pass TX. Dan was 1 of 8 children (Wilma (emma), Alice, Elsie, June, Jacky, Ella Mae,  and Robert. Dan worked many of years in the Fishing and Crabbing business he also built a number of Shrimp Boat's by hand at his home in Aransas Pass TX. Dan married Anna Mae Moore on July 9,1948 whom he was married to 64 years before her passing. Dan and Anna Mae had 4 children Damon Ray Palmer, Marian Palmer, Dan F Palmer Jr and Debra Palmer. Dan is survived by 2 children Danny and Debbie 8 grandchildren Genia Sparks of Mountain Home, Tonya Hart of Fannin, Joseph Hunsucker of Aransas pass, Dan C Palmer of Victoria, Damon Palmer of Cuero, Crystal Vest of Aransas Pass, Dusty Senclair of Yoakum and John Donavan. 10 great grandchildren Kala, Jagar, Paul, Cole, Brendon, Danika, Gavin, Keedyn, Jasmine, and Jessica as well as 3 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Anna Mae Palmer, son Damon Ray Palmer, daughter Marian Hunsucker, brother's Jacky Palmer and Robert Palmer sisters Emma, June, Wilma(emma), Alice, Ella Mae and Elsie. Grandson Joshua Hunsucker granddaughters Shawna Palmer, Toni Donovan and Beverley Vincent. And his great grandson Jacob Bardin. Pallbearers Dan C Palmer,Damon Palmer, Alvin Hart, Jason Bardin, Jagar Copeland, Paul Senclair Jr. There will be a viewing at Charlie Marshall Funeral home on September 30,2021 from 8:30a.m. to 9:40a.m. followed by a 10:00a.m. Graveside service at Prarie View Cemetery.
