Crystal Ann Bath,41, went to be with the Lord on February 21, 2021. She was born on June 21, 1979 in Redwing, Minnesota to parents, Cynthia Bath and Michel McDonnel.
Crystal was preceded in death by her grandfather, James Bath, her grandmother, Betty Carter, and friend Mark Phelps. Survivors include her mother and father, Mike and Cindy McDonnel, her sister, Kristin McDonnell, her grandmother, Marlene Tiemann, her nephew Mikanthony Sandoval, her cat, Kendall and many, many extended family members and friends.
Crystal has a heart of gold and a mouth like a sailor. She is known by her friends as “Bunny” and was one of the PD “moms.” Crystal enjoyed traveling, hanging out with her friends, bonfires, and being around family. Crystal had a great sense of humor and was a best friend to everyone, unless she didn’t like you. Crystal was quick-witted and had a come-back for everything. She was strong minded and stubborn as a mule. She loved to cook and lived for work. She was an amazing leader and was beyond respected in the law enforcement community.
While Crystal was not born in Texas, she got here as fast as she could. She especially enjoyed living in South Texas because she hated cold weather. Crystal was a dear friend to many and will be missed by all.
